Refund policy

Any products purchased from the Jayas couture are Non refundable and Non returnable

  • we provide no return or refun as all the garments are made to order.
  • We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
  • In case of faulty or defected product , we can give Refund but needed unpacking video from opening of sealed packet to the whole garment opened in one single video shot .  Refund will be given in 7 working days.

– Please do check our size chart before making your purchase or call us for custom measurments. 
– However, in any case No Return or Exchange , as it is made to order.

– Alteration shipment One side (Return) charge will be paid by the customer .
–  Minor alterations can be done by the buyer from the local tailor. 

Return / Replacement Criteria Eligible :

Make a unpacking video compulsary followed by folling conditions, 

If You received a faulty/defective item , or  physically damaged item .
The item is different from description on the website
There is Size/Fit issue (If the size is not as per described in the product description)

Not Eligible: Items that have been worn/washed/soiled Inner wear, lingerie, swimwear, intimate wear cannot be returned on account of hygiene Items which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items

Any products sold during SALE / DISCOUNT cannot be exchanged or returned.

Terms & Conditions: Items must be in their original condition Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled items with their original tags will be accepted , Brand packaging should be intact.


Replacements/Exchanges will be made on the basis of availability of that item or pin-code serviceability.
